I am thinking Juliet will be on Sun's case because she is pregnant. Perhaps Jack and Juliet will attend. I am also curious whether perhaps Baby Kwon and Aaron will be key figures at the end of the story.

I believe it's clear that the candidate is Jin. At the hotel she is still a Pack. I think that was our clue. I also believe that Desmond is what can bring the two timelines together somehow. Widmore said he is the Who (not what) that can beat Flocke.

The doctor who saves her will be Juliet, but it will have to happen later because I don't think Juliet comes back until later...I hate Juliet :(
