Another Madonna-Themed Episode Of Glee: Too Much of a Good Thing?
This week's Madonna-inspired episode of Glee drew rave reviews from critics, a perfect five out of five from TV Fanatic and the highest rating for any scripted show on television last night.
Therefore, it should come as no shock that series creator Ryan Murphy is already planning a follow-up.
He's confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that "Madonna and her people are into it and want it to happen," adding that the installment would air early next season and feature six more classics from the iconic singer.
The episode's soundtrack (the singles from which you can purchase via our Glee music section!) currently ranks number-one on iTunes, with two of the songs in the top 20.
So, again, it's understandable that producers would milk as much as possible from this buzz. But would a second Madonna hour, airing in just a few months, be too much of a good thing?

I loved the episode, but two times the same thing is kinda blah. They should do a Michael Jackson one. Controversial or not, the guy was one of the biggest, if not the biggest innovators in music.
Or maybe a Queen episode. I love Queen and their songs are amazing and actual.

hmmmm as amazing as the madonna episode was, i dont think i want to see another ALL madonna episode. they should incorporate some of her other songs in different episodes that feature songs from other artists as well:)

If you are to incorporate Madonna songs do it as like an all around 80's themed episode.. maybe there's an 80's dance or something.. but I know Ryan Murphy that you have fresh ideas so do rehash this artist..mix it up!
