Those hopinh for Mark and Lexie to get back together may want to sit down or just plain avert your eyes, because McSteamy is close to hooking up with someone else.

And no, we're actually not talking about Teddy, either!

While your guess is as good as ours right now, it definitely looks like the old, womanizing Mark is returning in a big way, and Lexie fans aren't gonna like that one bit.

Come to think of it, neither is Little Grey herself, for that matter ...

In other news, E! reports that Callie and Arizona's baby-making fight is only going to get worse after Mark's grandchild brings their issues even more front and center.
