Kyle Chandler Rumored for Lead Role on Terra Nova

He's one of the most talented, nuanced, underrated actors on TV - and he may have found his next starring role.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Kyle Chandler may have locked down his post-Friday Night Lights gig.

The actor has been made what one insider describes as a “very lucrative offer” to anchor Terra Nova, Fox’s mega budget from producers Steven Spielberg and Peter Chernin.

The unusual series focuses on a futuristic family that travels back in time to the era when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Sounds like quite a departure from Friday Night Lights, which is currently filming its fifth and final season.
