Royal Pains

Royal Pains has landed an Oscar winner.

As first reported by Entertainment Weekly, Marcia Gay Harden will recur on the USA hit this summer, as she's booked multiple-episode arc on season two.

The actress will portray Dr. Elizabeth Blair, a surgeon and a board member of Hamptons Heritage Hospital. Look for her to eventually serve as a mentor to Jill.

Harden, also a Tony Award winner, will debut on the show's second season premiere, slated for June 3. She joins guest stars Henry Winkler and Anastasia Griffith on upcoming episodes of Royal Pains.
