On Thursday's all-new Grey's Anatomy, Alex treats a troubled teenage patient Hayley (guest star Demi Lovato), whose parents bring her in for severe schizophrenia (see sneak peek).

Meanwhile, an elderly patient admitted for a heart condition sees a familiar face, a long lost love (guest star Marion Ross) who happens to be in the E.R. as well for a fractured arm.

Meredith can't help but tell Cristina about her growing suspicions of Owen, which inevitably messes with Cristina's head, and tension continues to build around Owen and Teddy.
