Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Fill in the Blank Style
This week's Grey's Anatomy season finale is being built up with major hype, with E! Online saying it may be among the most talked-about episodes of Grey's Anatomy of all time.
E! has some spoilers/teasers today, most of which we already know about from past spoilers and watching actual promos and clips for the show, but hey. More things to debate!
All of the following shockers will happen Thursday ...

Pregnant : Meredith
Shoot: Karev and possibly Arizona (i'm not sure) and if Teddy gets shoot, well that'll be great but owen might get closer with her so, no it'll be better if she just dies.
Die: Reed (definitely, there is no way she survives) and possibly bailey's BF
Break-up: hopefully lexi and alex so owen and cristina will safe
Cry: every human being
These are obvious but I think something really interesting gonna happen.

Bailey would cry if the old chief dies as well. Theres quite a few characters shes connected to in the show that she would loose it over.
I do forsee the old chief and Ben dying. I also think its the husband of the wife who Derick pulled the plug on who is the shooter

Gets Shot:Dereck,Reed,Craiv,Ben
Dies:Reed,Ben
Breaks up:Owen and Christina (I dont think Lexi and Craiv will break up because Lexi will probably feel too bad about Craiv getting shot to break up with him)
cries:it already tells us Baily (because Ben dies )

Ok after watching the previews. Looks like that almost ever couple might have one person shot. Those shot but don't die. Derrick,Alex,AZ,Lexie. Those that die NoseBleed,Reed,Ben. Bailey,Sloan,Mer,Yang,Callie,Jackson,April,The Cheif,Teddy. I don't think they get shot and are able to do surgery on the others.

Callie & Arizona ARE already broken up, so the only couples left here are Chris & Owen and Alex & Lexie (since I'm quite positive that Bailey/Ben and MerDer won't break up - though I do guess that Bailey/Ben will be broken up by a bullet, so to say...).
And we know for sure that Christina and Owen are breaking up throughout the finale.
Question is whether they do realize that they want to be together and get back together in the end, and whether Alex and Lexie are going to break up as well... (my guess is no - as others have said already it would be a quite out of character for Lexie to leave a guy that has just been shot)

pregnant: meredith
shot: alex
die: reed
break up: either owen/christina or alex/lexie, though him getting shot makes this less likely
cry: duh people are getting shot at

Someone is pregnant: We already know that the Meredith is pregnant, but when thinking about it, maybe Lexie or Christina are pregnant too.
Someone is gets shot: We know that it is Reed and Alex. I think that it is going to be Bailey along with maybe Derek and Owen and Teddy.
Someone will die: We know that Reed will die, but who could it be???
Someone will break up: I think that the break up is down to three couples. (Callie and Arizona : if they don't get pass this having a baby thing. Owen and Christina: if Owen doesn't make up his mind on who he wants to be with. But, from what I saw, is that he wants Christina back. Alex and Lexie: if she decides to be back with Mark.)
I think that all fans of the show no matter what couple they will be effected in one or another.
