Peter Coyote Joins Cast of Law & Order: Los Angeles

Peter Coyote has joined the cast of Law & Order: Los Angeles.
The veteran actor will come on board the new NBC drama as the District Attorney boss of characters played by Terrence Howard, Alfred Molina, Megan Boone, and Regina Hall.
The spin-off series premiere on September 29 and NBC can only hope it fares better than Coyote's last show: he played the President on last year's most insulting trainwreck, FlashForward.
He's also guest-starred on hits such as Brothers & Sisters, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and NCIS.
