It doesn't compare to the original, but as we discussed in our review of last night's episode, we're loving NCIS: Los Angeles lately. Largely because the characters are growing on us.

Hopefully next week's installment, "Absolution," continues this trend with a Hetty-centric episode worthy of the hype. It looks like a rare glimpse of the NCIS: LA shot-caller is here!

We'll be pretty disappointed if that's not her actual husband we're meeting, though. Having just teased us and not followed through with Callen, hopefully that's not the case ...
