Gossip Girl Producers' Preview: "Damien Darko"

at . Comments

In what's become their custom throughout this season, Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran give us the 411 on the next episode of Gossip Girl in a two-minute video below.

Executive producer Stephanie confirms that Kevin Zegers' Damien does in fact appear in the episode, although he hasn't been seen in a clip so far (see earlier sneak peek).

We also learn that Dan and Blair will vie for the same internship at W, which can only mean hilarious hijinks ... and possibly more. We don't need to get into that here.

Nothing else too earth-shattering, but still a nice rundown of the story lines put in motion in "The Kids Are Not All Right," setting the stage for Monday night's episode:

Fun, unrelated fact: "Damien Darko" is a play on Donnie Darko, the 2001 film. In 2009, a sequel, S. Darko, starred Daveigh Chase, Briana Evigan, and ... Ed Westwick.

Steve Marsi is the Managing Editor of TV Fanatic. Follow him on Google+ or email him here.

i dont want chuck's story line its too adult like for me lol im like 19 but i wanna see some classic, shallow gossip girl take downs that includes boyfriends and stealing etc. idk like one of the reasons why i watch gossip girl is to actually see the glamorous young life. lately, all i see is a soap opera

Gossip Girl Quotes

Blair: I've never been Bette Davis before. I'm Audrey Hepburn! Not some plain baby Jane.
Chuck: We both know this is about NYU. Now it may take time, but one day you will hold that school in the palm [kiss] of your dainty hand.
Blair: I'm Audrey. I'm Audrey!

And who am I? That's one secret I'll never tell ... You know you love me. XOXO, Gossip Girl
