Ready for Extreme Couponing? Based on the ratings for this one-hour TLC special, the answer from viewers is an emphatic YES.

The network debuted an edition of this show in December, and has re-aired in many times since in light of the impressive ratings garnered by profiling Americans who save hundreds of dollars at the grocery store as a result of their money-saving, OCD habit.

Look for 12 half-hour episodes to air in the spring.

Extreme Couponing captured the audience’s attention because it taps into people’s desire to live a better life without spending more money,” says Eileen O’Neill, president and GM of TLC. “The series will share even more tips and profile passionate people who have turned clipping coupons into a way of life.”
