The Good Wife to Get Ugly

at .

The Good Wife is about to get very ugly, and the most enjoyable way possible.

Former Ugly Betty star America Ferrera has landed a recurring role on the CBS drama. The actress will debut next month as Natalie, a graduate student who gets involved with Peter's campaign manager, Eli.

Jerry Stiller will also appear on this episode, becoming the latest veteran actor (Denis O’Hare, David Paymer) to oversee a case of Alicia's in court.

Says co-creator Robert King:

“It’s thrilling to have two actors who combine such dramatic and comedic ability. We’ve been watching and loving America for years now on Ugly Betty, and it’ll be fantastic to see her take on a completely different role, especially one that puts her across from Alan Cumming. And Jerry Stiller is our dream judge."

The Good Wife airs a new episode next week. Check out a preview for it NOW.
