Might this finally be the Glee episode that make Kurt and Blaine an official couple?

The show is yet to go there, but the official description for tomorrow night's "Silly Love Songs" hypes "a Warblers performance [that] brings Kurt and Blaine closer together." What does that mean, exactly? We'll have to tune in and find out.
