We haven't heard much about him since this Gossip Girl rumor first surfaced, but Desmond Harrington, who plays Chuck's uncle Jack Bass, will return before season's end.

He's been a thorn in Chuck's side in each of the past two seasons, but what brings Bart Bass' brother back to NYC this time around might not be something you expect.

According to TV Line, "word around the UES is that he will get caught up in the Russell Thorpe saga in a surprising way." Comments and theories are welcomed below ...
