We've seen some quality previews and read countless teases for the Grey's Anatomy musical episode, airing March 31. Now we have some episode stills to go with them.

In case you haven't heard, or gleaned as much from the promos, this is an "emotional" TV event, "not a song and dance" and something that's "never been done before."

The show actually returns next week with "This Is How We Do It" (see photo gallery), but it's the following week's "Song Beneath The Song" that's getting all the hype.

A big reason? Tony Award-winner Sara Ramirez showcasing her vocal talents ...
