This ep was good, but please I wish they'd let Chuck start redeeming himself and concentrating on his good qualities (like his love for Blair) instead of giving the poor guy more baggage to deal with. How much can one guy take?? No wonder he drinks like his fish, his Dad never loved him, belittled him and now apparently is responsible for a woman's death. His Uncle is a twisted jerk, and his Mum never wanted him and sold him out. = (. Give Chuck something to be happy about for once, poor boy.
I just really hope they don't make it turn out that Bart and Raina's Mum had an affair and Raina is the product. That would just be really, really sick I don't think I could take that, and Chuck just might as well jump off the roof of the Empire in the knowledge that the writers hate him with a deep and burning passion and he will never get Blair or be happy but suffer for the sake of unecessary drama = (. I don't see the appeal of Dair as anything more than friends. I enjoy their witty banter and they've had some cute moments, but their relationship should stay platonic. I feel it's so out of character for them to be attracted to each other in any other way.
What happened to lonely boy, turning up his nose at the ways of the UES, which are practically personified in Blair? And how could Blair ever have a longterm relationship with him when they live in such different worlds? In reality, she would never be happy with someone like Dan as anything more than a friend.
Also, just as Blair was telling Charlie in tonight's episode, Dan is Serena's ex and therefore off limits. I don't think Blair would stoop to Serena's level and do something like dating her ex, even if Serena slept with Nate before. Blair is no saint but she's pretty loyal to those close to her.
I like seeing Chair apart for a while and enjoyed seeing how Chuck actually got jealous of Dan last week. But I hope Chuck w

I enjoyed this episode it was so much better than last week at least now i knew what to expect and well the spoilers pretty much ruined it for me hahah but anyway it was entertained to watch...i love the dair chemistry they are so amazing finally dan admitted he has feelings for blair but she is just too blind with her new prince charming to realize it anyway i know they will be together sooner or later the only thing that worries me is charlie...not only she is annoying and a bad copy of juliet when she was pretending to be all nice and good but also i think she is the one who is going to ruin the chance of a dair romance by the end of the season...if that happens ill be so mad at her!!
The prince is nice and everything but i just dont like him with blair they dont have any chemistry together and he still seems like a bad excuse to keep dair and chair separated and add unecessary drama to the show...i mean a proposal after 2 episodes? thats just ridiculous even for this show their st

Serena needs to chill out a bit and growp up. Blair was right: She is an airhead and not everything is about her.
oK I predict that Charlie goes MENTAL ON EVERYONE'S ASS by season finale or in some point, the girl gives me the creeps. And the way she said that she "knows how it feels to see someone you like with one else" I bet it has something to do with that thing Carol tried to warn Lily about last episode. I don't know, I'm still not convince she's just "normal", come on this is GG after all.
I love Louie! So I'll be very sad when Chuck steal Blair out of his perfectly tailor suited arm. Because let's be serious BLAIR BELONGS TO CHUCK NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS. And finally next episode he's going to fight for her. FINALLY!!!
On a side note, what was going on this Serena's hair!!?? Dress= Fab, Make-up= flawless but the hair was like some goats chew on them. Horrible hair. Blair on the other hand, Fantastic as always can wait to see her go head to head with Louie's Mother. No one calls Blair Cordelia Waldorf a "commoner".

I enjoyed this episode a lot. There was tons of Blair and she looked especially gorgeous this week at the Pink party. I was not a huge fan of Prince Louis when they were in France but I liked him a bit more tonight. The scene where they went public was sweet, it's nice to see Blair actually getting what she wants, surprisingly it doesn't happen that often on the show.
Am I the only person that thought it was horrible of Lily to breakup the fundraiser for BREAST CANCER? I did not see it as a tough/awesome move for her, I saw it as a selfish, horrible act. It was a fundraiser for BREAST CANCER and she had the police break it up.

That episode was more than a 4.0. It was more like a 4.8. It had all of the things you could want in a Gossip Girl episode.
Blair vs Serena, Lily and Upper East Side Botox Bitches, Amazing Gossip Girl Blast, Scandal, Sex, Lies, Minions. It was AMAZING, stop giving these GG episodes such bad scores, you are expecting to much from the show, but besides that this episode was definitely more than just a 4.0.

TV Fanatic reviewer, I'm not saying this because I'm a Chuck and Blair fan, I'm saying this because I saw the episode: Dan admitted he has feelings for Blair, it is implicit that he likes Blair, but he did not used the word Love, that is a very strong word and not once did I heard it from his lips, in fact he's still comming to grips with the fact that is Blair Waldorf of all people that he likes. I get Dair has many people excited but please keep things as verbatim as possible.
At the end of the episode Serena called Jean-Michel, he's Louis driver in Paris and accompanied him in that double date in episode 4x1, she's obviously contacting him to tell him about Blair and rat out everything to Louis's family.
There's a war going on in the Chair thread over next's week promo, I got to say, GG writers better know what they are doing, they like to push the envelope and they are risking to get the

Are my eyes deceiving me (wishful thinking?), or was Paolo Seganti, the original ATWT Damian Grimaldi, playing Prince Louis' "handler"?! Unbelievable! I had given up completely on this show after last spring's Chuck/Jenny debacle, but I'm totally sold on the promise of DAIR, and on whatever genius gives us Paolo, or at least a close lookalike, working for the "Grimaldis"! HA!
Well, Blair clearly is repressing her desires for Dan. I love it! She was so quick to come up with a logical excuse to kiss Dan again, and so hyperbolic in dismissing the significance! Maybe their thing will boil over in May, maybe not until next Fall, but one way or another it's going to happen!
Chuck is miserable, sure, but it's not his misery we seek--it's his redemption, which demands something more. Still not sure the writers get that. Without it, he cannot be allowed to move back into Blair's good graces. I actually like having a story with Chuck/Nate/Raina, because those other two poor sods would disa

Who designed Blair's pink dress? It looks like it would be Oscar de la Renta because it's so similar to the ODLR gown Lea Michele wore to the Golden Globes, but it's not. It's driving me crazy - where is that dress from?! It's stunning!

Well for one thing, this episode was soooo much better than last week’s.
I did very much enjoy this one because it was mostly about Blair like it was portrayed in the promo, not like other episodes where it was purely false advertisement (*Dark Night* cough, cough).
This one was very funny to watch and I enjoy it very much. Charlie is annoying just like I predicted. I thought it was a little over the top that she would stalk Dan after Serena brushed her off about him and Blair. Like come on, this was her first time and she’s this obsess? Yeah, right.
I was happy for Lily that she managed to pull a fast one on the other ladies. Her rant to the officers about them having Botox and wears pink dresses was great. But I thought it was kind of stupid that she wore a dress that was meant to be short in the front and long in the back, when she wanted to hid her monitor.
This is kind of out of the blue but when Damien went to Russell in the last episode before the nig break, was that l

ok, is there anyone else thinking that there has to be a reason why the writers continue to refuse to show Dan and Blair's kisses. We didn't get to see the first one and now this one was only shown for a breif second on a camera phone. Could it be that they are saving the scenes until the season finale? It's all specualtion of course, but it could be that when she finally realizes that she loves Dan, she gets a flash of all of their kisses and we finally see that they're not at all as bad as she keeps saying they are??? .....OMG I HOPE SO!!!!
