No No No Noooo!!! Alex thinks April is pathetic. And I agree with him. I can't possibly imagine these two in a relationship...I kind of don't mind April with Stark. Alex needs someone new..and please not a blonde, i'm-trying-so-hard-to-be-the-next-Izzie type.

Please no. I don't see how these two could have any form of sexual connection. They just don't have chemistry. If she were to get action, let it be with that Stark guy since they've been building on that anyway.
Or better yet, just get rid of her character.

Please...no Alex and Kepner...thats too predictable and typical bring in someone new and spicy for her..dont ruin her good girl rep with Alex..i would love to see kepner fall in love with a good man with of course a few trials and tribulation bcuz we need drama but i also want a tough girl for Alex..someone he can build a future with i miss Izzy :(

at first i thought about April and Alex but they are complete opposites the only things they have in common:
-they both live on planet earth;
-they are both doctors at seattle grace mercy west;
-they have the same friends.
That's pretty much everything i have.

If it's Alex, I think that he will mess up with April's new role as Chief Resident and she will finally confront him for it. They will have a truce and start a friendship.

I have to say Mark and April would be fun to see. But I'd rather see more of how April could help Alex grow to be more stable and happy.

I could see Stark but I could also really see Mark. She seems like a family girl, he is definitely on that path. I'm a HUGE Mark/Lexie fan, but they just want different things out of life. I'd also like to see a relationship blossom without sex being the catalyst and I think a Mark/April relationship would do that. (Plus, Mark Sloan, sex god? Could you get a better first time?!)

NO!!!!!!!!!!!! Alex is my favorite character - there is no good way to put April with Alex - she's weak. He doesn't need someone weak. He does need someone though! He needs another Merideth - someone that's dark and twisty like him that gets him and they can learn together to care - obviously not Merideth though.

Alex should be with Izzie. Plain and simple, he will never find happiness until he is back with Izzie. I think this is the reason he hops from bed to bed. He is lonely and Izzie is his true love.

Bailey warned April not to take her maiden voyage with a guy like Karev, but a nice boy who cares for her.

If season 8 will be the finale Izzie coming back in the last
episode will be happy end for Alex and for the fans.If there will be more than one season slow April can be with him as well.
