Izzie is the perfect match for Alex... this couple being the only consistent couple since season 1 other than MerDer... despite Denny, George, Rebecca(Ava), Addison and now Lucy... They seem to be the perfect match! I hope Shonda does find some way ( & Katherine, Please compromise! for one short spell of appearance!!!)and this couple find a destined happy ending they deserve!
As far as April and Alex .. oh Please NO! may be Jackson and her will hook up.. leaving Lexie for Mark... That would be like Perfection :P

April has won CR, Alex is telling people to go to hell his at an all time low yet again, so to pick himself up make himself feel better he get's close to April for the best surgeries, maybe he is the one to help her out when she becomes stressed at her new roll.

Maybe I'm naive, but I think that at some point Shonda Rhimes will give Alex a break and allow him to be happy again. April is exactly the opposite of every woman Alex was with, but this might just be what he needs : a dramaless, sexually unexperienced girl with a whole life to fill.

April is going to be very busy as Chief Resident. If and when she does give up her V-card, it will be with someone she really cares about, she won't give it up so easily, April will think it through, she has kept it for a very long time, her first time will be special and something for her to remember.
If it is Alex maybe he wants a relationship with April, no that's not Alex, then again Alex would sleep with April to get great surgeries. Correct me if I'm wrong, Alex always appears to be growing up, then bam he shows us that he hasn't grown up at all.

No way. I can only see Alex being happy with Izzie. He married her. He cried out for her. They belong together. Shonda even said that they are made for each other. I'm hoping the writers will find a way for Alex and Izzie to be together by the series finale, which might be the season 8 finale.

I've been thinking about the two of them together for a long time now. Even after what Alex did to her. April is annoying sometimes but she cares about people. And Alex being in a bad place, I'm sure she will find a way to be there for him. It could work.

I think it could be possible. At first I was totally against th idea, but whan I think about it...they could be sweet together. Not right now, but since April is Cr next season and she learns to stand up for herself than I could imagine this. After all Alex always prefered if his girlfriends/loveinterests are a little bit bossy (Izzie, Addison, Lexie(last two or three episodes of season 6), Lucy...)
I couls maybe ship them.
