While last night's Grey's Anatomy was terrific in its own right, what may have people buzzing the most this morning is the promo for next Thursday's season finale.

ABC's episode synopsis for "Unaccompanied Minor" indicated that there would be significant consequences for Meredith's dishonesty, while Cristina would be forced into a position where deciding between her career and her relationship is necessary.

Promos can be misleading, but from the looks/sounds of this:

• Derek LEAVES Meredith (or at least someone does ... it's hard to see him splitting, but Alex? Lexie? Maybe Derek "moves out" of their room? There are many possibilities, as your comments prove, but there's zero doubt that Mer faces serious blowback)
• Cristina is PREGNANT.

Wow. Watch the teaser below and weigh in on the Grey's finale Shonda Rhimes promised will wreak emotional havoc for the doctors. Apparently she wasn't kidding.
