Danny Glover has found a permanent home on the small screen.

The veteran movie actor been gobbling up the guest-starring appearances these days - first on How I Met Your Mother, and soon on Leverage and Psych - but will soon be settling down on FOX:

Sources confirm to TV Line that Glover will star opposite Kiefer Sutherland on Touch, a midseason drama expected to premiere in early 2012.

The series focuses on a father (Sutherland) who learns that his son can predict events before they happen.

Look for Glover to portray Arthur DeWitt, a professor and an expert on children who possess special gifts such as this one.
