White Collar kicked off its third season this week with a fun, intriguing episode that earned a 4.5 rating from our critic. What will it do for an encore?

Feature guest stars Danny Masterson, Christ Masterson, Anna Chlumsky and William Sadler, for starters. That quartet will come on board the episode "Where There's a Will," which actually focuses on a treasure map and a race to find a kidnapped daughter.
