The Real Housewives of NYC ended its fourth season with a pregnancy scare and a party boat, as well as LuAnn singing. At least we get a 10-month break now.

LuAnn decides to throw Jacques a party for their one-year anniversary (of dating). While at her producer’s studio, Natalie Cole shows up and LuAnn invites her.

Natalie somehow accepts. At a dinner party Ramona is throwing for Alex, Simon, Sonja, and Brian, Ramona reveals that she would like another baby. Segue ...

Later, Ramona is convinced, due to a missed period, that she might be pregnant now, at age 55. She is, like, pretty excited about this. How did it all play out?
