I have one problem, and one problem only, with The Vampire Diaries: Bonnie sometimes has too much power. She can seemingly solve any problem by casting a spell.

Because his new show, The Secret Circle, is based entirely around a coven of witches, I had to ask producer Kevin Williamson if he was aware of this potential obstacles. Yes, he assured me at Comic-Con, referring to the issue as "the blackhole of storytelling."
