This week on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa threw a birthday party for her daughter Milania, but even that couldn't come and go without drama, as Gia's surprise gift left the cast speechless.

Meanwhile, the ladies traded in their heels for running shoes in a charity race that Teresa got far too competitive about, and later, Melissa debuts her song (term used loosely) to a tough crowd in Hoboken.
