You are using leighton's opinion to define your couple as endgame because u can't explain why dair will work out yourself because you lack intelligence.

You're fighting back about how loyalty is meant to mean something in this show. These characters don't hesitate to turn on one another. Lilly and Serena have turned on each other AND they're mother and daughter. Families don't believe in loyalty. Serena could NOT yell at Blair if she did get with Dan. Serena has been with Nate. The one Blair thought she would originally marry in life at the age of 17 and 18. So at the age of 20, I don't see how Serena can call Dan the "love of her life". They're all STILL so young. Chuck and Blair MAY be the end game, but they may not. In all honesty, these characters have gotten with so many people, I don't think any of them KNOW what love is.
All I know is that Chuck's public humiliation of Blair, his attempt to pawn her during a business deal, and his use of physical intimidation is disturbing. The writers themselves even defending Chuck's actions are stupid, particularly given the young, female target demographic of Gossip Girl and The

Aww, what a beautiful recap of Chuck and Blair's relationship. These last 4 years have been a roller coaster of emotions, but CB's love for one another has remained constant.

And no Dan does not care about Blair and Serena friendship and if he thinks Blair is gonna chose he's flaky self over Serena then he's stupid. Chuck is the only guy who cares about Blair's friendship with Serena in 3x09 after they had there fallout chuck was the one who got them back together because he know how important Serena and Blair are too each other.

Perfection Staff!!! I completely agree with your assessment. It has been a crazy and bumpy ride. They both have massive issues. But it's worth it because of the love they share and how they have inspired change over the course of this bumpy ride. The course of true love never did run smooth and I will stand by these two through anything!! The chemistry is unparalleled and anything worth having is worthy fighting for, if it were easy, it wouldnt be worth it! So I'll take these two crazy characters, in their imperfect love over any other couple any day of the week!

Wow! You have a problem with Dan's judgmental behavior, but you have no problem at all to worship Chuck and after all he has said and done over the years. It is really sad, depressing, and disturbed.

In all honesty, I can't establish reasons why Blair and Dan would make a better couple than Blair and Chuck, as Blair and Dan have never really coupled up. But I can tell you that Blair has more chemistry with Dan than with Chuck and that it was believable, citing their common ground in education and taste. Also, since they live in a world where both only seem to have half a dozen real friends (if that), is it so crazy they'd end up together? Leighton Meester even expressed her fondness of the two by stating in an interview that "I think they're good for each other in a lot of ways, in a way that Chuck and Blair aren't.".

If Blair doesn't think it's abusive and the writers don't think it's abusive, I'm not that worried about it.
TBH I think many of you use the "abuse" argument because you know you have nothing else to argue.
And even if Blair doesn't end up with Chuck (she will) I still think the idea of Dair romantically is ridiculous. Give it a rest.

I used to be a huge Chair fan but after the way Chuck reacted when he found out Blair was engaged I jumped ship. The way he treated her made my stomach turn.

@Kendallf: If we're also talking about Dan doesn't care about the friendship between Serena and Blair, then how come when Chuck slept with Blair (and took her virginity), WHILE she was still with Nate in season one, that didn't raise an eyebrow or two? Face it. No characters on this show value their friendships. Chuck has slept with Jenny, Vanessa and Blair. He tried to force himself on Jenny (and Serena) in season one. Nate has slept with Vanessa, Serena and Blair. Dan has slept with Serena, Vanessa (and possibly Blair). It's a huge orgy with them all. So you can't really defend anyones loyalty when they jump from one bed to the next with one another every season.

Everybody says Serena doesn't deserve Dan but what makes u think Dan deserve her?he always judged and never apreciated her and in 5x06 when she tried to do something for him. He treats her like shit. Dan brings out the worse in her. Yes Serena fucks up but I'm starting to like her now after she tried to do something that was not selfish for once she was putting Dan first and doesn't appreciate it because he's a jerk. So I guess this why he starts going for Blair now.
U see how when all Dan relationships fail he goes to Blair as a last resort? Serena needs to get over that loser. Dan has no respect for blairena's friendship. Serena deserve a guy who is not obsessing over her best friend.like Blair said to Serena in 2x11 "a woman needs to be with a man who only

In all honesty, if I were a woman and a guy punched a window right above my face and cut my cheek after yelling at me and grabbing me by the wrists then forcing me down on a couch, I think that’d constitute as abuse.
