Uma Thurman to Guest Star on Smash

NBC has given viewers another reason to watch Smash this winter:
The upcoming musical drama has added Uma Thurman to the cast. She'll come on board as a movie star who considers a feature role in Marilyn, the fictional Broadway show on which the series is based. This likely means Thurman's character will face off against Katharine McPhee's aspiring actress in some way.
Smash premieres on February 6. Watch an extended promo for it, featuring McPhee covering "Beautiful," now:
