You *know* that Ted & Laura will be together because here's what happens...
A distraught Laura tells Maggie that Ted will marry Amanda because she's pregnant, Maggie will tell Kate, Kate will use her spy skills to find out if Amanda is really pregnant, and because she is not, Ted will dump Amanda once and for all. The real kicker is if Laura be able to stay with Pan Am. I think stewardesses had to be single. Once they were married, they had to leave.

Great show, lite and fun and like able and watchable characters. Just what TV watching needs! I really hope the show comes back. More than that I wish Airlines now could be more like Pan Am with good food good service and more seating space like it was back in the 60s whether you flew Pan Am or any airlines.

I can't believe so many people like this show. The idea of using a cultural icon like Pan Am and set against the backdrop of the 1960 and its myriad of social change, the show had much potential. But instead it reverted to the present-day Hollywood mind set: the show is first and foremost about the sex. Beyond that is comic book plotlines and an ensemble that couldn't act its way out of an aluminum tube. How wonderful it would be if someone picked up the show and remade into something that does the initial permise proud.
Like a lot of other people, I watched the pilot episode of Pan Am due to the hype of network television getting in on the 1960's nostalgia programming that started with Mad Men.
In the end, I found ABC's offering to be pretty good and stuck with it watching every episode. Most of the characters have grown to be quite likable, and Colette has easily become my favorite since the 'Ich Bin Ein Berliner' episode.
It's a shame the show will probably be canceled now, but at least we were able to experience these past 14 episodes. Some were better than others, but in the end I enjoyed my entire flight with Pan Am.

I liked Maggie's storyline. Her involvement with Broyles the stooge I didn't like. Broyles isn't all bad since he helped Dean though. Kate taking down Anderson was good. Amanada was dumb to ask Laura to be Ted's mistress and her pregnancy announcement screamed desperation but might be true.
To the dustbin of television Pan-Am!

I also heard the Mike Vogel picked up another TV series, however, he did say that is second on his list after Pan Am. So, if it is picked up again, then he will leave the other show and come back. I love this show!!!
I know it's just wishful thinking, but ABC was about to cancel Castle after a 12 episode first season. Grey's Anatomy was on the block after a short first season too. Dare we hope?

Looking at the ratings from last night, I don't think ABC will spare the ax. I love this show and its connection with history. Maybe it will win some Emmies, although the cable pay networks seem to nab the glory with shows few people actually watch. Celebrity Apprentice had pretty good ratings and since it aims for the lowest common denominator, it gets an audience. Hope Pan Am comes back for a second season on another night.

Mike Vogel got cast in a pilot but as far as I know the pilot hasn't gotten picked up yet. It's too early for those decisions.

One of my favorite shows. I grew up in this time period with Pan Am, and flew Pan Am, the greatest airline the world has ever seen...
I hope ABC brings it back, as I will be there.
Karine Vanasse (Colette) is utterly charming and beautiful.

Pam Am offers a unique setting and story line. It allows the viewer to go back in time to a place where the pace of the world was slower and it covers some interesting events in history.
I like the characters and look forward to watching the show on Sundays. I will be very disappointed if this show does not get renewed.:(

It is VERY doubtful that Pan Am will be renewed since it was announced last week that Mike Vogel (Captain Dean Lowery) will be starring in a new show this fall. Can't see Pan Am without him. And can't see him accepting another role if he thought Pan Am was coming back. Too bad. I grew to love this show.

I truly love this show and hope they give it a second chance. GCB which is replacing it, although I love Kristen Chenoweth, seems like a Southern Desperate Housewives.

We won't "know" if it's been renewed until May. Here's hoping it is!
Amanda - totally lying about being pregnant! But that ploy worked back then, and for some reason she is so desperate to marry Ted. Which reminds me of something Ted said in episode 7/13 "They're all (women) crazy. It's just a matter of picking a level on the crazy meter.". So sad for Laura.
Kate - I'm not sure how she figured out Anderson was lying and Richard was telling her the truth. I might have to watch it a few more times. I can't see her turning Full Agent. That would mean no more family, Laura, friends, Nico, etc.
Collete - didn't we all kinda suspect her parents disappeared during the War because they were Jewish? The only kicker would be if Dean were her brother!
Maggie - not surprised she got involved with Broyles smuggling operation. But very surprised she shagged Broyles - EEEWWWWWW!!!!!
