    Derek seeing things is a bit over the top and all that gay stuff is unnecessary...**in Jerry Seinfelds voice** "Not that anything is wrong with it.
    other than that, I'm waiting for Karen to lighten her load with that boyfriend of hers.

    Uma's first number WAS HORRIBLE. Perhaps on purpose.......but her last one was better all but the outfit......I do wonder if that is really her singing.
    
    I'm still not buying Karen and Ivy being friends and Karen was right to leave Ivy setting at the bar........I'm still not an Ivy fan.
    
    Derrick knows Karen is the right one for Marilyn, that's why he keeps seeing her as Marilyn. I'm betting the cliffhanger will be us STILL not knowing who exactly Marilyn will be.
    
    Love karma keeping on kicking Ellis in the ass!! He deserves every bit of it.
    
    I liked that Julia stood up to her husband and son and took blame for what is going on at home. Now the ball is in his court.........
    
    What purpose is Eileen seeing Nick serving??????

    It's good to see the four big players (Derek, Eileen, Julia, and Tom) working together without any real drama amongst them. It seems like the season will end with some drama regarding Rebecca, paving the way for Ivy and Karen to start competing against each other again in the fall. Derek's hallucinations with Karen are getting weird, though...I wish he would tell Eileen something about them so the audience could have a little bit of insight into his brain!
