This part of the episode was the MOST depressing!! Elena is lying to Stefan and she somehow has feelings for Damon. The love story is falling apart all because Elena won't make her decision and she won't tell the truth to Stefan even though he said that he still loved her. This part is what I HATE of this episode. =..( XP

Why does this show have to repeat what we already know? We KNOW Elena has feelings for Damon. They kissed, have had deep moments (I can't quote stuff on the top on the top of my head) but it's pretty much already been established, I really don't feel like visiting the same thing over again.
Why can't the show just allow Elena to accept her feelings for Damon, but also allow her to deal with them without denying them or pretending they don't exist?

My only question is, what are the next forty eight hours going to teach her that the last year hasn't? She has got to be in some serious denial if she still can't even answer the question about whether she 'feels' something for Damon. Damon and Elena were kissing for like 20 seconds in 3x10, if she felt nothing for him, she would have stopped it.

Its amusing to me on how a show can supposedly have a "breakneck pacing" and still have not had moved even an inch since the end of first season, plot-wise and character-wise...

sigh. they really need to start moving the damon/elena plot forwards quicker. again this is elena admitting her feelings by not saying anything - big old conspicuous silence. she needs to actually say it out loud. then act on it. i don't think it matters which couple you ship, to keep the story engaging she has to get with damon at some point. preferably some point soon...
