Come fall, though, the new girl on Fox will be Mindy Kaling, now that the network has officially picked up The Mindy Project and slotted the new comedy right after Deschanel's New Girl on Tuesday nights. We're laughing already at the promo possibilities.
The Mindy Project stars as Kaling as Mindy Lahiri, an OB/GYN who is successful at work, but less so at love. She adores romantic comedies and is on a constant quest for self-improvement. Watch the trailer now!
