turn.. I would like to see season 3 start off with Kate walking out of her Apartment- Slamming the door and banging on Ben's door- When he opens the door it takes us to current time* The show shows Kate in a mediation and Ben walks by She asks to be excused for a moment and goes to speak to him on the way to his office........... I kinda just played around with the idea... You got to admit that it might be an interesting few minutes before the Intro... RIGHT?? Comment if u agree

Guess what a big advantage of Kate's new living situation is?? Ben can always drive her home!! Oh and if they hook up, she never has to leave in the middle of the night because she's right next door!!!! I really love how Ben had an impulse and just absolutely had to kiss Kate... This storyline is different from most shows because even though Kate tries to avoid it, she can't. Also they've already kissed so there is no way to avoid it in season 3... I am totally team Ben!! Justin treats Kate more like a booty-call than anything... I would honestly like to see Justin's character fade out a little.. Or at least only be interacting majorly with Lauren (but not in a romantic way!!EWWW) The show should embrace the inevitable and allow Kate and Ben to flourish.... Most people might think that this would ruin the show, but who knows it could make the cases much more interesting!!!! Lawyer and a Mediator?? Possibly a match made in heaven!!! Ben showed Kate what she meant to him and now it's her

Love, love the show! Great cast -- I love seeing Justin with Kate, they look amazing together. Ben, what can I say.....Ummm! Don't know why he came into the show, what does he do? Meddling in-between a beautiful looking couple. He should hook up with Lauren.

he's Mr. Logic and she's Mrs. Logic. Where's the passion? Let's be honest, if the sex wouldn't work, the relationship wouldn't work.
Leo deserves a fine chickadee, though to be perfectly frank, the first time I saw him, I thought he was gay. Then I looked closer, and I'm convinced he's metro, which is perfect: smart guy, looks nice, acts nicer, great friend, and knows everybody's specs. What's not to love???
Season three, please, show up already. You're acting like that creepy aunt that waits until midnight when the kids are in bed and everyone's already drunk to show up. Fashionably late doesn't mean wait til the dust settles and the grass needs to be mown. Onward we go!

I just started watching this show, and I've found that with most shows if you start in the middle and get interested, you can go back and fill in the details, and it becomes so much more interesting. So when I started in the middle of season two, it was because I was interested in Ben and Kate. I didn't even know about Justin. Now that I do, I'm dead scared that the producers will put Kate and Justin back together, although with the season ending like it did, I highly doubt that would happen. Ben completes Kate. She is a whirlwind of passion and justice and happy ending fairy tales. He is logic and strength, with the occasional passionate challenge/outburst thrown in. Together they make the perfect team. I will cry if they don't work, because in reality, they would.
As for Justin and Lauren, I totally pictured it for a minute, because I thought they were going to try for it in the show, (and I think Lauren is being stupid with Mr. Billionaire for the record) and then I thought, wait

Because of Ben, I started to watch this show, and now all my friends watch it. Ben is like a breath of fresh air to the show, it changed the mood completely for the better. And this character has such a mystery, like India to Kate, right? His past must have made him that way, (drama) the way he's super patient with K is like a true love, (another drama), the ending was wonderful and exciting for the next season. Better have Season3, really.

I don't think it would be right if Justine and Lauren got together. Imagine Kate just happen to mention "My ex husband and my step mother are together."
AWKWARD.
I think Justin should try to learn more about Kate and try to win her back as Kate is learning about herself. If Justin still loves her as much as we seen, this shouldn't be the final fight for him.
Though I do think Ben is really good for Kate right now. He could be the one to open up Kates horizons without pressuring her into a relationship and more.

I started watching this show because of the premise. I did. It was wonderful to begin with. Then the writers began portraying Kate as more juvenile rather than idealistic. It had to be done to save the premise, not deplete it. We should be happy about the new life that Ben brings to the show. It's not taking away from the show, it's adding a new facet and expanding Kate's horizons.
I won't lie! I only turn the show on to see what Ben's next incredibly romantic move will be. I watched the scene in which he kissed her for the first time at least 7 times. When he went to Leo... I saw an entirely different side of him. When he held her hand after they got the prisoners their garden, but couldn't have the woman released from prison I cried. When he challenged her in the hot tub, knowing she couldn't meet his challenge, I respected his resolve. When he moved in next door to her (yeah, he moved. Look back into the episode. He lived in a stark, modern loft until the last minute) I fell

OMG!!! Sooo looving rhe finale of season two and reli hope there's a season three!!! If there isn't well it would be injustice to all the fans!
You know I gotta be honest and I did think of justin and lauren. In theory they would make a good couple but who are we kidding here? Lauren is high maintanace and justin is all about kate....just starting to like lauren so why make her have kates ex.
Ben and kate I'm not supportive of maybe it because I'm a kate and justin fan and have been from season 1 but hey if it makes her realise that justin is the one for her then I'm all for it...although hey if he gets romantic and sweeps her of her feet then why not? Afterall justin did cheat and if he didint then he and kate would still be married.
Kate always helps to make others happy..she deserves that happiness herself be it with justin or ben...

Lauren and Justin???? Noooooo waaaaayyyy!!! Justin and Kate are well and truly meant to be! It would be nice to see her and Ben together for season 3 but for Kate to the. Realise that Justin is the love of her life. And Lauren deserves someone new and wonderful to sweep her off her feet, not Kate's seconds. Justin and Kate all the way, I say!!!

I love this series and really hope that there will be season 3. I agree with the writer about Justin and Lauren, perfect match, I think. Love to see how things work out for Kate and Ben too and absolutely love their assistant!!!

Love fairly legal third season all the way....kate is better with ben then with justin even though they have a history. Justin should be with Lauren or a some new person.

Innerjuju you are absolutly correct in the Justin camp, its not over and Ben is just putting his nose in the wrong hole and business. She gets a big kick out of his anticks and demeanor there is no chemistry there at all. Justin will be back on the block and Lauren isn't the one shes in a completely different league and needs someone with a pocket full of bucks.
