Blue Bloods Season 3 Scoop: Richard Burgi Cast As...
Richard Burgi is about to add to his impressive guest-starring resume.
The former NCIS/Desperate Housewives/Chuck/One Tree Hill will appear on the Blue Bloods Season 3 premiere as Councilman Anthony Russo.
As first reported by TV Guide, the character will be a former homicide cop/chairman of the Committee on Public Saftey. He'll promise Tom Selleck's Frank Reagan that he will do all he can to stave off police department budget cuts... but Frank may be best served not trusting Russo's methods.
Blue Bloods returns with new episodes on Friday, September 28.

Friday evenings are not complete without Blue Bloods!
I've always been a fan of Tom Selleck.
However, the rest of the cast is fantastic, too.
When the dinner scenes come on, you can be sure to get a chuckle along the way! Very refreshing.

Love this show. Tom Selleck has a touch of class that is hard to find on TV. He and his tv family are so classic yet not. .Sunday dinners sibling unrest and All law enforcement. I wish them a long run.
