  2. mohammed muideen

cant wait for the season three.

  3. James

I hope they break away from the books. Martin is a great writer but I think he had a mad scientist moment while writing these books and had no way to redeem himself. I am watching the series either way, books were great, the show is great, I cannot wait for the third season.

  4. Scott

I meant things were omitted in the 1st and 2nd book

Kell, I wouldn't say they follow the books exactly. There are several parts in both the second and third book that were omitted. They also explained a part of the 3rd book in the second season. But I agree it is an unbelievable story and as you said this 3rd season will be the best one yet. People gonna get maadddddd!!!

I'm glad I recently got HBO. I didn't realize how high quality the HBO and Showtime mini series were. Thrones enthralled me. It was easy to see all 20 or so episodes in about a week. But now I have to wait till March 2013. Love Arya and John Snow, Tyrel also. I really hope to see Joffry's head on a spike soon, maybe with a hot poker sticking out of his ass. Please castrate him too.

This series follows the books almost exactly. Those of you saying that you was unhappy with Neds death and surprised at Drogos will be going nuts when you watch the 3rd series. Those who have read the books will understand. Brilliantly made series and hope they make all the books into tv!

This is the best series ever! The costumes are so realistic and look exactly like clothes from a medieval time and place. The fabrics used are plausible and do not appear out of place. Also, I love, love, love the plots. Even though Ned Stark died too soon, the series shows the fallibility of people. People are realistic – they are not “saints” or “bad guys” – each character has a realistic mix of both good and bad in them – with the exception of Joffrey, who in my view, is staying around for too long. In any case, the series is exceptional and I can’t wait for Season 3! Keep up the good work!

This is one of my personal favorite shows. This show is so beautifully bult and crafted. The acting, the the realism, the authenticity, the locations, and everything else are simply amazing. The direction and production are amazing as well. While this is my most anticipated show on TV, there are some rebuttles I do have. Like Ned Starks death, so soon. Kahl Drogos death was a surprise as well and the fact that King Rennley was killed so esily by the shadow of Stanis.

Another thing (Spoiler), is how Theon Greyjoy betrayed the Starks was a big time disappointment. However, with those rebuttles in the story line, the show is great!

However, by Season 2 episode 3-5, I found the story extremely gripping and hard to look away from even in spite of the scenes I didn't enjoy. So far, I'm rooting for the Freedom of the north, with glory returned to Winterfell, and Khaleesi taking the iron throne from Joffrey with her babies and firey wrath. As queen she would be not only feared, but loved and respected. Can't wait for Season 3!

My brother introduced me to this series a few months ago, and after the first few episodes I found myself very intrigued by the story, the acting, and how well set in the time period it all seems to be. The costuming is phenomenal, the villains are the sort you love to hate and wish to see dead, whilst the good go through the necessary trials and face situations realistic for the world they have created. I loved watching the series so far and seeing all the pieces of the plot fit together in ways that were difficult to predict at times, yet easy to follow at others. It made for a great balance. One thing which puts me off about this show however, is the great amount of nudity. I appreciate how it fits into the story at times and is not so inaccurate seeming, but it was hard for me to get over while watching, simply due to personal taste, and it took me a great while to watch the first 3/4 of the 2 seasons because of it. However, by Season 2 episode 3-5, I found the story extremely grip

  12. Ned Stark

havent read a single negative comment. makes me happy we Americans are agreeing on at least one thing. GOT> GOD

  13. Chythie

I must tie this movie up with my favorite Legend of the Seeker. But this is Parental Guidance.

Game of thrones is the greatest show ever...period. the storytelling is superb. The plots gripping. The action is hot and the women hotter. The sets, costumes, and characters are amazingly realistic. And the casting and acting are outstanding. No slacking whatsoever in the making of this show. The only way it could be beter is if it ran new episodes every day.

  16. egay dela cruz

very interesting series i like it so much. my only regret is that they finished sean bean's role very early in season 1.

  17. Hugh

  20. muhd jakusko

This is the most sweetest series i'hv watched, the characters are the best! Especially Tyrion Lannister and Arya Stark.

  21. William

Arrrggg!!! How many times will I have watched the first two seasons by March??? I have to say that this series has been the finest screen adaptations of a book series that I can think of-- the casting has been brilliant - it's like they stepped out of the pages of the books. That's the highest compliment I can bestow on it. Sean Bean has sure been getting a work lately, hasn't he?

  22. lando
