Krysta Rodriguez Cast as Series Regular on Smash
Smash had expanded its Season 2 cast yet again.
With Jeremy Jordan and Jennifer Hudson already on board the revamped NBC drama, we can now confirm that Broadway veteran Krysta Rodriguez - best known as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family - has also signed on a series regular. She will be Karen's enthusiastic new roommate, Ana.
As you might expect, she also has dreams of making it big in New York City.
In other casting news, Leslie Odom Jr. (Sam) has been promoted to series regular.
The new (and improved?) version of Smash will premiere at midseason on NBC.

seems like this will be a vastly improved cast and show. cutting all the characters who were just not improving the show and adding some great actors. can't wait to see it!
