This show has a problem with appropriate speed for each episode - some are too slow, others too fast.
That being said; I really liked the episode. In my opinion the Berserkes wanted to leave so soon because they saw everything clearer than the rest. They felt something was wrong from the very beginning, so I totally understood their wish to leave. And I liked Pope wasn't the "traitor" in the end ;-)

Is it possible that Arthur Manchester made a "deal with the devil" (i.e., the alien Overlords)? That deal being "You (Manchester) keep all the humans together in Charleston, and not out fighting us, and we'll leave you alone." Why else would he be holding the military at bay, and being so resolute in NOT taking action against the aliens? If so, looks like that deal is falling apart.

Not content with trawling the BSG back catalog for characters, look and feel the writers of FS are now recycling stories from the distant future of The Walking Dead via vol 13 of the graphic novels. A little rude really but I suppose by the time they are seen ion tv in 2022, Falling Skitters will be a long ago cancelled memory.

Yeah this episode could have been a little more subtle about everything that was wrong but come on didnt we all expect that from the moment that chick got off the plane? I mean for no other reason than it kind of seemed like exactly what the overlord aliens wanted all the humans together in their discrete area like a reservation?
