Community Casts Jeff's Dad!

Say hello to Mr. Winger.

Community has cast the much-hyped role of Jeff's dad, the man who abandoned his family years ago and is largely responsible for the cynical, distrusting man his son has grown into.

And the role has gone to... James Brolin!

Joel McHale confirmed as much when he posted the following photo on Twitter this week:

NOTE: NBC has not officially announced the casting, but TV Line reports multiple sources have verified it and Brolin will debut on Community's Thanksgiving episode.
