So the Chief's booty call returns? LOL. This Callie/Alex guilt thing is just so stupid. The plane crash wasn't their fault, and Arizona got Herself on the plane. What were they supposed to do? Let her die with her infected leg? (I would've preferred that, true, but it's not like they had that choice).

" Fate forces Alex and Callie to face their guilt" so this means their gonna sleep togeter again.

My first thought was yay movement in story lines. But then I read the part about Callie and Alex. This makes me think that instead of focusing on Arizona in that story line we will see Callie and Alex do the woe is me thing.
Happy that Jackson's mom is back though.

What you mean by "followed by the 4th episode" : will they air both episodes on the same day ? Or one per week ?

Is this the light hearted fun episode that we've been promised?
Kinda a reverse of Der not talking about his neuro surgeries to Mer.
I do hope Avery's dad turns up soon!

My first thought was that this may be the first episode in which we see Arizona "standing." Haven't seen the clip yet with the shower scene, she may be standing in it.
"Complicated procedure?" yeah, right. Is that a code phrase?
Appears to be another gloomisode in the Season of Sadness.

The first thing i thought when I saw the title was maybe these were the words coming out Of Meredith's mouth, Meredith who still misses her sister. I know it's most Probably not, but wishful thinking..,
