Suits Star Signs on for Hannibal
She can deal with Harvey Specter.
But what about Hannibal Lecter?
In casting news first reported by TV Line, Suits star Gina Torres has signed on for NBC's upcoming Hannibal, the midseason drama based on Thomas Harris' Red Dragon and centering on Hugh Dancy's Will Graham and his early relationship with Mads Mikkelsen' doctor.
Torres will portray the wife of FBI Behavioral Sciences Unit leader Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne).
NBC has not yet announced a premiere date for Hannibal, but have no worries, USA Network fans: this role will in no way affect Torres' standing on Suits.

Lol so she's playing the pretend wife of her real husband? I love it! I had no plans of watching that but I do love Gina Torres! I'm very happy that it won't interfere with Suits because Jessica Pearson is one of my favorite characters.
