I think it will be Adele, everyone loves Adele, Richard will be free then to marry Jackson's mother.
If it's one of our favorite doctor's that die, my guess would be Richard. Though it will be heartbreaking if he does die, as he is the closest Meredith has to a father, since you dad hasn't really been a dad to her growing up. Richards death would most definitely send Meredith back to her dark place, losing so many people in her life in such a short period of time.

Hmm, long time beloved character...Hope it's not Arizona or Callie (they've been through way too much), Mer and Der again also too much. It could be and I hate to say it Bailey - would be incredibly sad especially since she's finally found love and happiness with Ben. The Chief or Adele would almost be too predictable and I don't think Shonda does predictable.

Adele is the most obvious. Callie would be interesting given that AZ didn't want kids to begin with and she's recovering from the crash. NOT Der, Mer, Cristina, Alex or chief please.

With Loretta Devine set to return next year, I'm positive that it'll be Adele. She's been recurring since season, she's a beloved character and it provides Richard with more of storyline. Case solved.

Gotta be Adele. So the chief doesn't feel as guilty about his relationship with Catherine Avery.
I think it's going to be Richard. I love him but if anyone leaves fneed it to be him, because if anyone else leaves I won't be able to deal. Richard is a long time character and if he died than it would affect everyone. I dont want anyone else to die!
