But then if Blair was in a coma and she never lost her kid, it would have been her kid with Louis and not Chuck. Nah, I still think that everything up until this point has been real. Just my thoughts though, could be wrong, but...hmmm, I still think that maybe Dan is Gossip Girl or ah I dunno!!

@danfan I too have had that feeling like ever since the car accident something wasn't right. like one of the 2, blair or chuck, never came out of a coma. Maybe blair never lost her baby? Hence, lil henry. And everything since then has been in one of their heads. I DK I feel like dan is GG but at the same time i think it might be blair. BC that would shock me and it says it will be a shocker!

Hmmm. I read that Katie Cassidy (aka Julia Sharp) came back for the final of Gossip Girl. I know Katie is now on the new CW show Archer, so my guess is that she might be Gossip Girl. After all, she hated what the entire UES stood for and was shunned from all the girls and guys once she went after Serena.
As for the five couples, I know that Jenny Humphrey and Eric van de Woodsen come back in the finale so perhaps they come back for Serena and Dan's wedding? Blair and Chuck's wedding?

Blair was in a coma from the accident in S5..and wakes up....everything that went on was all in her head - A prince falling for her, Chuck pinning for her, Dan falling for her.....think about it...it's been her fantasy to be wanted like Serena always is....I think her true love is Chuck...but the way all of the charactors were acting these last (2) seasons....something isn't right....it's gonna be something like that.....I think Blair is GG

I know, but still I know all the characters are imagined, but they pull them off so well that you almost forget.
I really hope that Nate and Ivy are a couple, because I've loved them since season 5!! Better than Nate and Juliet, although Nate and Jenny would be cool aswell.
Wait so, I know some people are speculating Rufus as Gossip Girl, but then what's the deal with Kristen Bell? Or maybe at the end of the series, you see her writing - and this is her story and she's playing the part of the actual author of Gossip Girl - Cecily (something something)

Expected couples: Chair and Derena
Unexpected couples: Geogina and Jack; Nate and Ivy (I kind of liked them... at least more than Nate and Juliet... I won't mind Nate and Jenny either); Lily and William (or alone, or with a tree, just don't with Rufus! I really can't stand him!)
I don't know what the dream scene would be about, though... I keep thinking that Bart's death could be a dream (seriously, that scene was utterly ridicoulous... I get that maybe he could have killed Chuck after he saved him, but am I too optimistic in thinking that he could actually redeem himself and go to jail? If I were Chuck - but also knowing his dark "tendencies" - I would blame myself of killing him, no matter how much I hated him... Bart is still Chuck's father!), but I guess that my hopes won't be satisfied... who knows!

they reveal gg in the flashback. so all people which are in the flashback could be gg. and rufly are definitly not in the flashback. so they are not gg.
it has to be dan, or jenny, or someone else..

LOVE the idea of Rufus as Gossip Girl, and god knows he has the time on his hands...
Whoever GG is, he/she is not the evil beast the NJBC makes her out to be. As GG made perfectly clear in the Season 2 finale, Gossip Girl is everybody - "I'm nothing without you." She just reports the gossip that people send her. It's the ultimate Rufus lesson of morality - you reap what you sow.

lol, I hate to break it to you but the show Gossip Girl is not real. There is no Blair Waldorf who lives on Fifth Ave, no Daniel Humphrey from the loft in Brooklyn... ;)

I just thought of 2 more reasons it is Rufus
3)He is a writer..he wrote many songs for his band so writing GG wouldnt be hard for him.
4) He could also have started doing GG as a way to show his kids that the UES is a bad place and that all the horrible things these people do to eachother. He says to dan in "It's Complicated".."now you can home to Brooklyn" and he looks really disappointed when Dan says he dosent want to. I think he thought by doing GG he could show Dan that the UES life is not the one he should be in and that he should stay in Broolyn (it didnt work though)

Gossip girl is so Rufus!!! For 2 main reasons..
1)It would have been a way starting out for him to keep tabs on his children when they started high school because he knows (from being with Lily) how mean the UES side can be so he wanted to control what was said about his kids and their friends.
2) There was a spoiler that said in this current season, 6, in the episode "It's Complicated" that there was a subtle nod to who GG was and I am sure it was this scene between Dan and Rufus when Dan goes to Rufus's loft after Dan published that piece on Serena they have this conversation...Rufus: "They Kicked you out didnt they, I saw your piece on Serena you left me off easy by comparison" Dan: "All I did was tell the truth" Rufus: "Your truth everybody has a version, a way of delivering it, it wouldnt have been my choice"... and right there is why I think Rufus is GG because it is a small but subtle little hint that he would tell the story but in the way he wants to (just how GG does).

The not surprising ones are probably Chair and Derena, or maybe Chair and Sag/Nate because we all know one way or the other Chair is happening. It's the other ones and GG's identity that are making me more hooked.

OH MY SHEET I FIGURED IT OUT. FROM HART FAILING TO KILL CHUCK ON IS ALL DANS FINAL CHAPTER. DANS FINAL CHAPTER IS NOT REAL. ALL OR SOME OR MOST OF OUR MAIN CHARACTERS DIED. DAN IS GOSSIPGIRL AND IS WRITING THEM ALL A GOOD ENDING A LA 'ATONEMENT'. OH MY SH.T.

Wouldn't a surprising couple be Nate and Ivy? as one, or Nate and Jenny? (Still hoping!)
Also, someone said that the whole 'story' is from someone's imagination and at the end, you find the person who's writing it, but will be pissed if that happens because I want Chuck and Blair and Serena, Nate, Dan and all the others to be real, not imagined.

@B, that William is GG would not have been much of a surprise, and would also not polarized the fans! Something else is at stake, but we'll have to wait until Monday!

Well the two un-surprising ones are Derena and Chair. I mean there where pictures of them together. Although the writers said that some of the pictures were fake spoilers... So what if the derena wedding pictures are fake and she ends up with nate. Or she does marry dan but she cheats on him with nate (a little bit like the shephard wedding). And because we dont know who she will end up with, we get a polorized fanbase. Because I also think that Lily and Rufus should end up together and that wouldnt be that surprising...

As for the 5 pairs, 2 of which are well known - Serena and Dan and Chuck and Blair, as we have already seen the pictures of their wedding, and 3 pairs were a surprise - Lily and Rufus, Nate and Jenny and Georgina and Jack! Although I would prefer Nate and Georgina (Vanilla and evil) that would be great, they would certainly have sex at least a week in twin bed! As already noted at the beginning of the season that Georgina will find a new boyfriend! A twist in the last 15 minutes, that is being spoken about, I think it has nothing to do with books or movies! We already know that based on Dan book will be made a film, because Dan already got the money, so he bought an apartment in the building where lives Serena! Something else is at stake, because they are talking about polarization of fans! We'll have to wait and see what it's on Monday!
