Grey's Anatomy returns from its winter hiatus and makes its 2013 debut Thursday.

In the 10th episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Cristina and Owen remain undecided about their pending divorce, while Bailey puts her wedding day on hold to continue her efforts to save Adele's life.

Judging by Richard's reaction to his wife's surgery, the doctors are about out of options, and he feels he's partly to blame for the complicated circumstances that landed Adele in that operating room.

Arizona and Callie try to get their spark back, which we see in another of the sneak preview clips below, while the interns lament being used as sexual catnip by the attendings. It's a tough, tough life.
