No no no! Hook and Emma cannot happen! It HAS to be Neal and Emma. Neal is her one true love. The promo people did that because they don't want to reveal too much too quickly.

As far as I'm concerned that new true love promo that showcased Captain Swan along with Snowing and Rumbelle is more than enough for me to say that these two are indeed going to happen. They are true love as the promo was entitled.

I for one would love to see Emma and Hook happen somewhere down the road in this series. Definitely not right now, because Hook still has to work through his revenge, which is his focus going into the second half of the season. However, that doesn't mean he can't be the one for Emma in the future. If this show can try to redeem villains like Rumple and Regina through love, I can't see why Hook can't have the same. Redemption isn't an easy journey (as we're seeing with Regina and Rumple this season), but it's not impossible. I think Hook and Emma have a lot of things in common. Jennifer Morrison and Colin O'Donoghue themselves have mentioned often how connected those two are, how they're kindred spirits. While they might not be ready for each other now, I wouldn't rule out the idea of Captain Swan in the future. Their love story wouldn't be as conventional or typical True Love as the others on this show, but those two characters are anything but conventional. Anyway, that's just my two

I'm sorry but I see nothing but brilliant potential in the Emma Hook pairing. I love their chemistry an feel like the writers are only beginning to explore the blooming romance. I can't wait to see where it leads.

About redemption for Hook: Of course, he can be redeemed! None of us is perfect. We have all done wrong in our own lives. If we want grace for ourselves, why would we deny the idea of grace toward others, in the hopes they can change. In know this is fiction, but what we feel about in fiction mirrors how we feel in reality. Give Hook a chance. This really can shine beautifully!

I don't really see the issue with Captain Swan? In all honesty they're two broken people who have both loved and lost and they've both had people die in their arms after having their hearts crushed. The parallels between them are tremendous.
To say Hook deserves no one is no different than saying Rumple deserves no one because of his crimes - yet he has Belle. Go figure.

Hook/Emma is the worst thing that could happen. It would be laughable. They really didn't have any chemistry. The stuff between them was so forced and I cringe when I think about it. I hope the writers don't give in to the silly fangirls and try and force something more between them.
Hook is a bad guy. I don't want to see him redeemed. Let him just be a villain! It's far more fun. His and Cora's interactions have been some of the best parts of the series and I hope we see more of them being evil together. I'd take that over a yet another romance story anyday.

I agree with Pasle.
And no one said anything about redeeming Cora. Don't think she would even want it because she is absolutely convinced that love is weakness.
No, Hook isn't being portrayed as a hero. Where would you get that? Because some people think he should be with Emma?
Regina's redemption attempts aren't going to stick. Too soon. She's trying for it for the wrong reasons and she's not remorseful in the least about what she has done.
Rumple hasn't really tried to redeem himself and still refers to himself as a monster.

Emma has a few choices every f****** season. For God's sake there are other women in Storybrooke.
And Hook is not a good example of Emma's boybriend. Poor Henry!!!
Emma needs to think about Henry before getting involved with any guy, just because he's hot and wears eyeliner she gonna fall for him? This is a teenager thing not a mature woman thing...
Beginning to wonder if I will continue watching Once Upon a Time, with such enthusiasm as before.
It's starting to be a disappointment. If Emma and Hook have something together or sleep together. Surely I give up. Because I could not see Emma losing maturity and rationality.
Hit me if you want, but I dont like Hook for Emma's boyfriend...

Ed and Adam to forgive me. But with Emma Hook. I will never accept with or without eyeliner. Also not accept that murderers villains are redeemed. In our real world they would all be punished. There would be no arrests or punishments if they were all innocent.
Are these the values we want to teach our children?
Hook slammed Belle is a hero? Or an abusive man?
Rumpel is a murderer but because he loves Belle he becomes an angel?
Regina, killed, raped, and cursed everyone and will be redeemed by everything he did, just love it because it Henry?
And Cora? OMG I'm sad with what was far my favorite show
