Dominic West Signs on for Showtime Pilot

Dominic West is headed to Showtime.

The former Wire star has signed on to headline The Affair, a drama from playwright and writer/producer Sarah Treem and co-creator Hagai Levi.

The series will delve into two marriages and the affair that tears them apart. Look for West to star as Noah, a high school teacher/loyal husband of four who unexpectedly meets his soul mate... who, of course, is NOT his wife.

The unique show will be told separately from the male and female perspective.
