Michael Vartan Checks Into Bates Motel Season 2

Michael Vartan has been cast on Bates Motel Season 2.
The actor - forever adored for his role on Alias, who last appeared regularly on TNT's Hawthorne - will come on board the A&E drama as a love interest for Vera Farmiga's Norma. TV Line first reported the casting, though little else is known about Vartan's character.
Bates Motel will return in early 2014 with 10 new episodes, while a pair of other recurring roles are also being cast:
- A female best friend for Norma.
- An estranged sibling.
