A week full of controversy of its homophobic and racist cast helped fuel Big Brother to a ratings increase last night, as the CBS reality show rebounded from a series low with 6.3 million total viewers.

Elsewhere, Celebrity Wife Swap continued to sputter, while an encore of America’s Got Talent fared well...

Under the Dome rerun: 4.1 million
Law & Order SVU rerun: 3.6 million

10 p.m.
The Mentalist rerun: 3.8 million
Castle rerun: 3 million
Crossing Lines: 2.8 million
