I'm not terribly familar with Redford's work, but Annie Ilonzeh is lovely and tends to be better than her roles deserve. It would be nice to see her gain another leading role as opposed to throwaway characters. She's completely underused on Arrow, which sorely lacks strong, credible female characters.
