Who will survive the storm?

That's the question posed in the first Grey's Anatomy promo Season 10, which kicks off with a two-hour event on Thursday, September 26.

And while the following set of premiere photos don't give us an answer to that question, they do shed light on the status of Jackson, the craziness at the hospital and the cuteness of Derek as a father.
