Arrow EP Dishes on The Flash, Casting Grant Gustin and More

While fans cannot wait for the return of Arrow next week, Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg was focused on a different superhero yesterday during our visit to this show's set in Vancouver:

The Flash.

Last month, the series cast Grant Gustin in the key role of Barry Allen, a recurring character who will appear in Starling City later this season and who may then receive his own spinoff.

Why did Kreisberg and company go with Gustin? How was the casting process similar to that of selecting Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen?
