Rookie Blue Season 5 Adds New Characters, More Episodes

by at . Comments

Rookie Blue will welcome a pair of new faces this summer.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Oliver Becker and Matt Murray will come on board the popular Canadian-produced cop drama on Season 5, both appearing in a recurring capacity.

The former will portray Inspector John Jarvis (look for him to seriously shake up the 15th), while the latter will play a rookie officer named Duncan Moore.

A Little Bit In Love

Rookie Blue Season 5 is currently filming in Toronto, though ABC is yet to announce a premiere date.

We can confirm, however, that the fifth season will be comprised off 22 episodes and we can encourage fans to watch Rookie Blue online in order to catch up.

It's a fun show.

No need to be a public homophobe! Everyone has a right to be represented equally on tv.

Can't wait!! Time to get Sam and Andy back on track :-)

I'm a fan from South Africa, I absolutely love the show, I can't wait for season 5. I really liked the idea of Andy and Nick. They made a fun combo.

We need two new females, one for Chris ( I love him) and one for Nick. We definately want Andy and Sam together! YAY 22 episodes, have said we needed this all along.

Nick all the way..Sweet and trust worthy guy!
