Wow. This was an especially intense episode of Top Chef.
The contestants were asked to create meals that represent both France and Spain during the hour, with Jacques Pepin serving as a guest judge.
Nicholas, meanwhile, found himself smack dab in the center of some drama again, while the two teams in the Elimination Challenge faced a number of challenges themselves.
It was clear from the get-go that Crenn and Serrano had very specific ideas of what they wanted their squads to do, but that doesn't mean it went according to plan.
